Vivian Wang is a high school senior at Valencia High School in Placentia, Southern California. As an International Baccalaureate student, Vivian is a student by day and social entrepreneur by night.

In her free time, Vivian loves to tune into podcasts, bake chocolate chip cookies, teach dance, visit Disneyland, play badminton, code, write, brush up on her Spanish, and travel the world.

Since 2014, Vivian has led her 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, Linens N Love, with her sister, as they donate over 20,000 linens to shelters supporting veterans, the homeless, women, teens, and animals across the nation. Their team consists of over 500 motivated youths from over 15 countries ranging from the United States to Singapore. Vivian's Five Year Vision is to pursue computer science in college so that she can use her programming knowledge for social good, specifically by creating an intuitive web app for Linens N Love to streamline Linens N Love's business model to donate 100,000 linens to charities in need.

May Wang

Co-Founder & CEO of Linens N Love

CEO [at] linensnlove.org

A Los Angeles native, May Wang is an avid psychology major at Yale-NUS College in Singapore. She is active on campus as one of two Wellness Associates and puts pride in leading campaigns including Sleep Challenge and weekly Wellness Cafes.

May’s passions include working as a youth mentor for underrepresented students, baking macarons, and running her California-based nonprofit organization, Linens N Love, while studying 9,000 miles away. Linens N Love (www.LinensNLove.org) is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit dedicated to donating hotel blankets, sheets, pillows, and towels with slight imperfections causing them to become landfill-bound.

The nonprofit equips student leaders with professional skills to network with hotel partners and bring these donations to local animal shelters, women’s homes, and homeless shelters. Her vision is to someday remove the barrier to entry for social initiatives to incentivize youth leaders to follow their community aspirations on a national scale.

An award-winning, student-led 501(c)3 nonprofit organization repurposing linens to charities since 2014.
